A self-hosted, personal server

Hello, I am Kyle. I host my own personal server for myself and my family with a variety of services including Bitwarden, Minio, Wordpress and Bookstack.

About the server

A variety of software is used on a daily basis to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. Here are a few key points:

01

Centralized Logging

All logging is sent to a separate server which is then used for analysis and visualization

02

Flexable Microservices

Many databases and webapps are docker containers which can be started, stopped and expanded upon as needed to ensure maximum stability

03

Multiple Virtual Machines

Users get access to a Windows and Linux machine they can use as a portable work environment

04

Safe and Effective Backups

The 3-2-1 backup method is strictly followed to ensure data is both safe and secure
